Your advantages as promoter
We will solicit your event with its date and official logo on our homepage – a link leads directly to your event page.
You will receive rights of use for all our pictures of your event – for example for circulation to the press or for advertisement purposes.
One of our photographers will exclusively take care of your special wishes (e.g. documentation of sponsor appearances, documentation of construction procedures, VIP photos etc.) – just let us know what else interests you apart from emotional pictures.
At the end of the race we will prepare an extensive picture selection for you – on CD or DVD you won’t be searching for the most superb motives for long.
Of course our service also has financial advantages for you – we offer an attractive fixed price for every finisher. It is alone our corporate risk – you earn regardless of how many pictures are actually sold.
And to get rid of another problem: If requested we design a finisher certificate for your race which each participant can download from our homepage in a personalized form and without any further purchase commitment.
Furthermore we can undertake sending all participants a gratis results CD (results list) via mail.
Our service for your participants
We guarantee qualitative first-class graphical material of every participant – for the most part more than five different settings can be chosen from. Included are, depending on agreement, spectacular aerial photos of the start and course of the race, crossing the finish line of all participants as well as photos receiving medals after crossing the finish line.
Our photos are available individually and in various bargain packages, can be ordered as digital or photographic prints. Multifaceted ordering and payment methods belong to our sophisticated service. Normally we offer our QuikPix-service for IRONMAN races: This means ALL pictures are available for purchase as photographic prints the next day in the course of the after-party.
All pictures can also be ordered a long time after the race. The search in the internet is very easy and works using last name or start number when choosing the appropriate competition. In the case of questions or consulting requirements our multilingual team members in our Europe-office in Frankfurt am Main are gladly at your disposal as contact persons.

ASI is a photo agency that has specialised in competition photography and meanwhile looks back upon a 23-year track record. During this time period we were permitted to photograph the participants of many outstanding sporting events worldwide – and by doing so have always worked to the utmost satisfaction of our customers and contractual partners.
In 2004 our team took over the official photo-service of the IRONMAN world championship in Hawaii and the New York City Marathon and photographed both events again last year. In 2005 we were for the first time exclusive photo-supplier for the IRONMAN Germany as well as for the IRONMAN Switzerland and for the IRONMAN UK. And with the IRONMAN Korea we have expanded our operational area into Asian territory – including complete website in Korean.
The Walt Disney World Marathon, the adidas Dublin Marathon, the Accenture Chicago Triathlon, the Wildflower Triathlon Festival as well as the Half IRONMAN UK and all IRONMAN North America events are also references of ours – to only name a few of the largest competitions which we photograph every year.
