How to order pictures
Ordering pictures from us is very simple – best right here on our website. Or via e-mail, fax or a phone call to us.
Ordering on the internet
In order to find your pictures you have to indicate which race your looking for. Furthermore we require your last name OR your start number. This works easiest with the quick search engine on the homepage.
But you can also choose the race which you participated in from a list under „Recent Events“ and then search for your name or your start number.
In both cases the next step takes you to your personal picture selection. Each picture has its own number, the so-called “Photo ID”. Using this picture number you can also go directly to a specific picture. To do so you merely enter the number in the search engine “Photo ID” on the event page.
Ordering via email
You already decided which pictures you would like and know their Photo ID? Then simply send us an email in which you indicate which picture numbers you want to order. Of course we also have to know which size and how many prints of the picture you would like.
Ordering via fax
Pictures are also available via fax order. Just print-out the form, fill it out completely and send it to the indicated fax number. It couldn’t be easier.
Ordering by phone
If you prefer it to be more personal or if you have questions for us concerning your order, you can place your order by phone. Simply dial 0049 (0) 69 90 55 67 61. We are at your disposal as a contact person on weekdays from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and will gladly advise you.
Methods of payment
We accept payment with VISA and MasterCard. The invoice amount will be collected immediately when ordering. For customers with a German account we also offer the automatic debit transfer method (bank collection).
Advance registration
Under the tab „Upcoming Events“ you can register yourself as participant for a specific event using your email address. We will then automatically inform you as soon as your pictures are online or when we have a favourable offer for you.
